Quite seriously ... "Ever have one of those nights where you wake up with a hangover and $1 million worth of architecture contracts?"  I want to have one of those nights!!! My dear followers, sorry for the hiatus - this headline brought me back though - poor little New Mexico, but now we have the answer to our question... or at least we know who paid for this shit  (I couldn't find a picture of the shit but come on the firm in question specializes in parking structure design, they have to design shit right? I assume...)

Just when I was wondering why I haven't been able to close the deal with clients - I read this tidbit apparently all you need to do is get your client liquored up, add some zeros and pass the pen! They left that part out of the Professional Practice class I took in school.  I don't remember it mentioned on the ARE either - but YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST... so my young idealist pupils go forth and drink and get those contracts signed!  Apparently the sale of liquor goes up  during times of economic hardships now we know why!  I LOVE THIS SHIT!
